  That's actually two full months. Hols usually start from April 30th or May 1st and then school opens on the 1st of July. But I guess that it's the right time for summer break since it starts raining in July, and the weather cools off a lot.

  Well, here in India the new term starts in April and we have our summer break in May/June, so school reopens in July. Crazy, I know, but that's the way things are.........and I can't do anything even though I hate it...=[
